Semiahmoo Field Trip

Plan to spend all-day on this trip near Blaine, Washington in this important Important Bird Area (IBA) in Whatcom County where we have the possibility of seeing up to 223 species of birds including loons, grebes, ducks, geese, shorebirds and songbirds. Note this is also the city of Blaine’s annual Wings Over Water Bird Festival, March 14 to 16.

We will plan to carpool from the following lots: Trinity Lutheran in Freeland, main lot near Coupeville Library and Windjammer Park in Oak Harbor. Details to be determined later.  ALL LEVELS OF BIRDERS ARE WELCOME. Limited to 15 registrants. There will be a waiting list so be sure to register.

Trip leader is Patty Cheek, call with questions or text her at 425-246-1766 or email her.
