Bylaws

On October 14th, 2021, our members voted to adopt the Whidbey Audubon Society Board’s proposed changes to our bylaws. The changes enable us to modify our organizational structure without changing our bylaws in the future. This allows us to more effectively respond to changing environments and priorities. The need for these changes was highlighted as we responded to the pandemic and as we adjusted to the opportunities provided by our new website.
