These listening field trips are once a month, the third Tuesday, from April through August. The focus is on listening and learning the various songs and calls of different birds. Participants are limited to 10, plus me as the leader. These trips will be a different type of field trip. Quiet, meditative, just whispering. Meet at Earth Sanctuary, 2059 Newman Road, Freeland. When you come into the parking area, park so the front of your car is facing the little hill and prayer flags. There is a metal box to the left of the bulletin board where you make your payment of $7 per person.
